Speakers

The speakers are built of mineral stained Eastern 5/4 maple. The inlay and base are composed of African padauk. The finish is Penofin penetrating oil. Two coats were applied with the final coat completed with a 600 grit wet sand, followed by a cotton wipe down. Needless to say, the finish has a beautiful low lustre look that maintains the natural colours of the mineral stained maple and has a satin feel that is very close to that of silk.
