I purchased this system late last spring and I have to say that I am impressed with the results. When first sharpening my knives it took time to bring them up to very sharp but that was because they were quite dull. What a pleasure now to use them in our kitchen. This is the first system I have purchased that really does the job! I highly recommend it.
