Einhell AG enters the Canadian market through King Canada Tools Inc.
Montreal, Quebec, February 18, 2022 – King Canada Inc., a Montreal-based company, is a well-established distributor of power tools, industrial machinery & equipment and accessories to the Canadian market. Einhell Germany AG, is an internationally renowned market leader in cordless tools and garden equipment. Einhell Germany AG will acquire a majority stake on March 1, 2022, and together will energize a dynamic team and bring a significant range of new products to market.
Einhell Germany AG is bringing its outstanding engineering in the field of rechargeable battery platforms to the collaboration. With the Einhell Power X-Change platform in particular, King Canada Inc. will gain access to the most competent battery system in the DIY market.
