Once in a lifetime lumber

Once in a lifetime lumber

Here is your chance to own spectacular salvaged lumber from the lock gates at the Welland Canal (Lock 8) located in the regional municipality of Niagara, Ontario. Lock 8 is the second longest canal lock in the world at 421 meters long.

The Douglas Fir lumber was recently salvaged after being underwater for 100 years. The wood was originally harvested in 1923 in British Columbia, and a limited quantity is now available for your skilled hands to craft.
