Shop tools: a close look

Blog by Rob Brown
Guess this tool

I take a lot of photos in my shop. Some end up in the magazine. Others get posted on social media.

A few make their way into this weekly column. Many photos I take get saved on my phone or dumped onto my laptop, just in case I want to look back at how I made something.

This week I took a much closer look at some tools in my workshop than I usually do. These shots were taken nice and tight, then I cropped the images even more, so the tools in the photos would be tricky to identify. But this is a smart group, so I’m guessing many of you will be able to guess what tools (or hardware) are in these photos. Post your answers in the comments section and next week I’ll let you know how you did.
