To install engineered wood flooring over radiant heat I suggest you use a premium quality, urethane-based adhesive Bob. Choices include Bona Quantum Flow, Bostik’s Best, or SikaBond-T21. I’d check the warranty on the brand of laminate flooring you intend to use – not all warranty their products over radiant heating systems.
