Strongsville, OH – Northeast Ohio tool manufacturer, Woodpeckers, recently announced its new EZ-Rule, the latest addition to their extensive lineup of layout and measuring tools. These simple, straightforward rules are made to the same strict standards as all of Woodpeckers precision layout tools. The edges are precision-machined using computer-controlled milling centers. Then, each rule is sent through a series of finishing process that yields a smooth, non-glare finish. Each EZ-Rule measures a perfect 1” wide and just 1/16” thick and features laser-engraved scales on both sides. You’ll find scales graduated in sixteenths on one edge and thirty-seconds on the other. The scales are held to Woodpeckers exacting tolerance of .004” (the thickness of a single sheet of paper) total stack-up error over the length of the tool.
