Trade Exploration Workshops: Guided by experienced instructors, these full-day or evening workshops introduce participants to core construction skills through hands-on projects that can be taken home.
Construction Micro Skills Classes: Perfect for those looking to master specific skills within their trade, these classes cover both commonly used and advanced techniques, providing specialized training not often accessible in standard workplaces. Classes are from 8 to 16 hours long and range in size from 4 to 8 persons.
Health and Safety Training: Safety is at the heart of everything we do. We Proudly offer Ontario’s Workers Health and Safety Centre Classes out of our facility. Focusing on shop safety, site safety, hazardous materials management, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
OCTC’s membership programs offer access to a fully-equipped millwork shop and woodturning area. We provide flexible membership tiers to support varying levels of commitment, from our Bronze package for occasional users to our Gold package for frequent visitors. Memberships are a gateway to OCTC’s professional-grade tools, personal instruction, and a supportive, skill-building community.
