Older lathe

I am selling an older 12 x 36 lathe. The tailstock casting looks like some beavers I have seen, though the headstock does not. I installed a jack shaft drive to lower the speed, and put in a nice magnetic starter switch. To be honest, the switch is worth almost half of the price I am asking. 250.00.
